Security Service Fees Payment Method Will Call Mail Order Refund and Exchange Policy Error Messages Security Is the Telluride Ticket site secure? Telluride Ticket uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to encrypt the information entered on your secure order form prior to transmission over the Internet. SSL is the industry standard for secure server commerce transactions. You can place your order online without fear of interception provided you are using an SSL compliant browser, such as Netscape's Navigator or Microsoft's Internet Explorer. The total service charge includes a small per-ticket fee, ranging from $2.00 to $20.00 based upon the ticket price, up to a maximum fee per order of $40.00. Return to Top Payment Method Which Credit Cards can I use to make a purchase? Telluride Ticket accepts Visa and MasterCard. Can I buy tickets or book activities with cash? Telluride Ticket maintains a physical box office in Telluride at the Visitor Information Center at 630 W. Colorado. Can I purchase tickets by phone? Any ticket on the site can be purchased by calling the Telluride Visitor Information Center at 970-728-3041 or 800-525-3455. Return to Top Will-Call What is Will-Call? "Will-Call" indicates that tickets are to be picked up at the location of the event, on the day of the event, starting one hour prior to the event. Will-Call tickets are held under the name appearing on the credit card used to make the purchase. You will receive an email message confirming your purchase. This email message is your receipt. Where are Will-Call tickets picked up? Will-Call tickets are picked up at the venue box office or point of entry, on the day of the event, starting one hour prior to the event. When can I pick up my tickets? You may pick up your Will-Call tickets starting an hour before the event, or anytime after the event starts as long as the box office is open. Can somebody else pick up my tickets? Only the holder of the original credit card used to make the ticket purchase may pick up the tickets. In the event that an individual other than the owner of the credit card needs to pick up the tickets, that individual should be given possession of the original credit card. If this is not possible, you must contact the event organizer at least one 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event to see if alternate arrangements can be made; however, Telluride Ticket cannot guarantee that the Event or Activity Organizer will be able to accommodate your request. Do I need the confirmation code to pick up my tickets? No. The original purchasing credit card and a valid ID or passport are used to confirm your name on the Will-Call list. If possible, bring your email confirmation. Return to Top Mail Order How long does it take for mailed tickets to arrive? Please allow ten (10) business days for mail delivery. Not all Event or Activity Organizers will mail tickets. What happens if I don't get my tickets in the mail? If your tickets do not arrive within 72 hours (3 days) of the event, please contact the Event or Activity Organizer or Telluride Ticket at boxoffice@tellurideticket.com. Can Telluride Ticket mail my tickets to an address other than the billing address? For security reasons, Telluride Ticket policy is to mail tickets only to the credit card billing address. We do not deliver tickets to addresses outside of the U.S. or Canada. If your credit card billing address is outside of the U.S. or Canada, please select the Will-Call delivery option before submitting your order. Can Telluride Ticket mail the tickets via certified, insured or overnight mail? Tickets can be delivered via standard U.S. Mail. However, some events may not have Federal Express or UPS delivery options. Where this option is allowed, Event Organizers may charge an additional fee to cover this additional cost. Return to Top Refund and Exchange Policy What is Telluride Ticket's refund policy? Telluride Ticket is not responsible for refunds. Event or Activity Organizers may allow refunds only if the event for which you purchased tickets was cancelled, rescheduled or relocated. Refunds are solely the responsibility of the Event or Activity Organizer. Can I exchange my tickets for a different date or time? Telluride Ticket does not allow exchanges. You may contact the Event or Activity Organizer in regard to requests for exchanges. If an event for which I purchased tickets is cancelled, how do I obtain a refund? If the event is cancelled, your credit card will be automatically refunded, or a check will be issued for the entire purchase price, excluding the service fee, by the Event or Activity Organizer. What happens if an event is rescheduled? If the event for which you purchased tickets has been rescheduled and you are able to attend on the rescheduled date, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date, unless otherwise noted. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you must request a refund at least one (1) business day prior to the rescheduled date at the Event or Activity Organizer's office. Refund requests will be granted for the entire purchase price, excluding the service fee. Customers who purchased tickets delivered by U.S. Mail or UPS must return all unused tickets to the Event or Activity Organizer. Please include name and address where you want to receive your refund. Event or Activity Organizers will NOT issue refunds based on requests received after the event has taken place. Return to Top Error Messages If I receive an error message. What should I do?
